“Content, discussions, interactions, etc. can all be evaluated and reviewed by persons other than the instructor. As such, quality can be assessed more objectively in elearning.” I love this idea! Often times “outsiders” do not understand what is taking place inside a classroom. They may walk-through and judge that learning is not taking place. With a Instructional Design plan in place not only can all the teachers be on the same page at the same time but having it establish can aid classroom visitors.
