I was nice to see the evolution of instructional design. Also, it is important to point out that the learning process is constantly changing and that as teachers we have to grow and change with the learners.

I really like the Instructional Design model. Simply put "evaluation is based on objectives but it also helps to clarify the objectives" is to me one of the most important aspects of ID. If you don't understand what is being asked look to the evaluation and see what their looking for...this can really put the whole project into perspective.

This is a great website for any level teacher or counselor. It has tons of resources about Methodologies & Theories of education. The website is also a useful tool when compiling a Instructional Design for a class subject.

“Content, discussions, interactions, etc. can all be evaluated and reviewed by persons other than the instructor. As such, quality can be assessed more objectively in elearning.” I love this idea! Often times “outsiders” do not understand what is taking place inside a classroom. They may walk-through and judge that learning is not taking place. With a Instructional Design plan in place not only can all the teachers be on the same page at the same time but having it establish can aid classroom visitors.
